Optional family communications
SMS Consent Disclosure
Effective August 11, 2026
Two separate choices
Sunny Days Learning Center keeps informational text-message consent separate from marketing text-message consent. A parent or guardian may select either choice, both choices, or neither choice. Both controls are optional and unchecked by default. The Family Inquiry can be submitted without SMS consent.
Current informational messaging program
The current Sunny Days Learning Center messaging campaign sends informational and transactional messages only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Inquiry follow-up and tour reminders, including requests to reply C to confirm.
- Enrollment, contract, authorization, and document notices.
- Operational notices, closures, schedule-related updates, and emergency messages.
Separate future marketing program
Program announcements, events, enrollment promotions, and SMS newsletters require the separate Marketing SMS Consent shown above. Marketing consent is not inferred from informational consent and is not used by the current informational campaign.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on the consent selected, services used, scheduled events, enrollment activity, and center operations. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, call (360) 773-3671, or E-mail office@sunnydayslearningcenter.org. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
