Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Sunny Days Learning Center website, online inquiry tools, forms, and communications services. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee admission, a specific schedule, funding approval, or an available childcare space.

Website and inquiry use

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide. You may not use our forms or systems for fraudulent submissions, unauthorized access, disruption, or any unlawful purpose.

Enrollment and childcare services

Enrollment becomes effective only after Sunny Days Learning Center confirms availability and all required agreements, authorizations, payments or funding arrangements, and documents are completed. Childcare services are governed by the separate enrollment contract, policies, and applicable law.

SMS Terms

By selecting the optional Informational SMS Consent, you authorize Sunny Days Learning Center to send informational and transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern inquiries, tour scheduling and confirmation, enrollment, documents, childcare operations, center closures, and emergency notifications. This informational consent does not include marketing or promotional messages.

Marketing and promotional texts, including program announcements, events, enrollment promotions, and SMS newsletters, require a separate optional Marketing SMS Consent. The marketing checkbox is independent from informational consent and unchecked by default. Selecting one consent does not select the other.

• Either consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help or call (360) 773-3671.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming your choice. You may opt in again by providing new consent through our family forms or another method approved by Sunny Days Learning Center. Emergency services should always be contacted through 911; our SMS service is not a substitute for emergency response.

E-mail and other communications

You may receive E-mails and phone calls related to an inquiry, scheduled tour, enrollment, documents, contracts, family safety, or childcare operations. Optional newsletters or promotional communications are sent only where authorized and may be discontinued using the method provided in the communication.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or online services. We may also update these terms, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

Online information is provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep it accurate and available, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing on this website replaces signed childcare agreements or required safety and licensing procedures.
